Three SLIM alumni Named 2005 Library Journal Mover and Shakers – EMPORIA, KS

Three SLIM alumni: Cindi L. Hickey, class of 1993, Tricia Sullentrop, class of 1995, and Sharon Morris, class of 1997, have each been named to the 2005 class of "Movers and Shakers" of the library profession by Library Journal. The common theme identified as running through the profiles of the fifty-one award recipients is "Empowering Library Users". The recipients are divided into seven categories: Reference Visionaries, Mobilizers, Educators, Digital Masters, Knowledge Pushers, Change Agents, and Rebels.
